"Aim high and together we will succeed"
My name is Miss Birch and I am the Headteacher of Moulton School. I joined the staff of Moulton School in 2001 as the Year 6 teacher. I became deputy head in 2004 and then took over as headteacher in April 2009. So I think it is safe to say I both know and love the school very much. I know I am biased but I'll say it anyway - Moulton School really is the place to be! We have the best pupils and staff ever and I am immensely proud to lead this big family of ours.
Ofsted visited us in March 2017 and judged that Moulton School remains to be 'Good with outstanding features'. Most importantly, they judged our children to be absolutely fantastic and recognised exactly how happy they are so we must be doing something right! Ofsted also recognised and praised the hard work and commitment put into the school by all the teaching staff who go 'above and beyond' to make Moulton School the success that it is.
Our main form of communication used at Moulton School is via an app called 'Class Dojo'. Upon joining the school, we give you details as to how to set up your Dojo account. This will then allow you access to a class page and a school page whereby you can keep up to date with what your children are doing each day. Teachers post photos/messages on a daily basis so you will be able to chat about what they have done at school. There is also the facility for parents to directly message teachers which is also very useful.
If you would like to know anything else, please contact the school office (contact details on 'home page').
